Donald R. Du Laney, Director of Music
Dr. Donald R. Du Laney grew up in Woodbury Heights, a small town in Gloucester County, New Jersey, and held the position of organist at his home church at age 14. He received a B.M. degree in organ from the Juilliard School, studying with Vernon de Tar, and went on to complete M.M. and D.M.A. degrees from the same institution. He has been Director of Music at Grace since 1982.
In addition to his duties at Grace Church, he works as an organbuilder with Casavant Frères of Québec. Donald is married to the former Susan Meslar and they have three children.
