Timothy Osborne, M.Div., Director of Youth Ministries
Timothy Osborne, our Director of Youth Ministries, came to Grace in the summer of 2002 after some ten years in youth ministries, including two years as a full-time youth minister at another church. Tim earned his B.A. from Gordon College in 1996 with a double major in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministries. He received his Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2001 and is a candidate for ordination in the PCUSA.
Tim grew up in Central Connecticut and is a loyal fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics. His grandfather was a pastor, and his grandmother predicted when Tim was young that he would go into ministry. Tim feels that God has called him to be a pastor to teenagers: mentoring, teaching, caring for and walking together with students to help them have a relationship with Jesus and walk with God in their own lives.
Tim is married to Kara, whom he met at Gordon College. She has a Master’s degree in counseling and worked as a special education teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom. They have two sons.
